We love coleslaw in the spring and summer, especially when we barbecue! This recipe is super easy but you’ll want to make it the night ahead! It absorbs all the flavors and comes together perfectly after a night in the fridge. We made some easy BBQ ribs in the crock-pot today and this paired perfectly with it!
Easy Creamy Coleslaw
1 bag coleslaw mix (approximately 6.5 cups)
2 1/2- 3 cups mayonnaise
2-3 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground mustard powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1. Combine coleslaw mix, Mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and sugar and mix well.
2. Add salt and pepper, onion powder, and ground mustard powder and mix well.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Mix before serving and enjoy!
